The Law requires certain individuals to have safety certificates according to their needs:
 

Electrical Certificate / Periodic Inspection Report - PIR:
A full Inspection of your property will be carried out by our Electrical Engineers.  The Electrical circuitry is inspected, this should be done every 5 years, and a full report (PIR) is given by our engineers alongside, if any, recommendations to comply with the regulation BS7671 under The Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 1994.



Energy Performance Certificates - EPC:
